MySafeOps is committed to making our website and web application accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. This statement covers Australian customers using mysafeops.com/au and the MySafeOps web app.

1. Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably practicable. We welcome feedback from Australian users, including those relying on assistive technology on site.

2. What we already do

• Semantic HTML landmarks on public pages
• Skip links to main content
• Keyboard focus styles on many controls
• Responsive layout for mobile site use

3. Known limitations

Complex maps, plan editors, and PDF exports may not be fully accessible. Payment and security flows may use third-party interfaces.

4. Feedback

Email support@mysafeops.com with subject “Accessibility (AU)” — include page, device, and task. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
